Get On Board With God's Plan
Do you ever feel like no matter what you do, you just can’t get past the difficult seasons of life? Maybe you always feel held back even when you’re trying to push forward and get all that God has for you. Maybe you feel broken hearted over things that have happened in your life that you keep hoping will get better. Take a moment and read John 10:10. Don’t just read it once either. Read this verse over and over and let it sink in.
Teenagers, the enemy has an agenda for your life! He always has and he always will. And until you fully invite God in to fix those broken areas of your life, the enemy will continue to keep you in a cycle of constant hopelessness. But there is good news! God is so much bigger! He’s had a plan for you from before time began and He will never give up on it.
The problem is, we tend to partner with the enemy’s plan over Gods. Why do you think that is? There is SO much the Lord has for you but it’s time to stop partnering with the lies of the enemy, and chase God’s promises over your life no matter the cost!
It’s time to be brave, to be bold, and to stand up for what Jesus died to give you! The God of this universe wants so badly to use you in such remarkable ways, but He won’t force it on you. We have to get to a place where we stop caring what those around us think of us, and realize that we are on this earth for a purpose and that purpose is to get people saved so they can spend eternity with Jesus. When we get bold for God, when we do whatever He says whenever He says to do it, we will finally live in our calling. A calling that is a million times more amazing, than any temporary satisfaction the enemy can sell you on.
Ideas for how to grow your relationship with the Lord
Read John 10:10 before you go to school every morning and choose who you are going to partner with that day before you walk out the door.
Write down 2 things you can do to live more boldly for Jesus and ask the Holy Spirit to help you walk them out better.
Ask God to put someone on your heart that you can pray for that needs an encounter with Jesus. Commit to praying for that person every day.
